During the 2015-16 Fall Season Player/Parent Kick-off meeting on August 31, 2015, the General Members of PREP voted and approved new By-Laws.
The By-Laws were first amended and approved by vote of the General Members of PREP during the 2016-17 Fall Season Player/Parent Kick-off meeting on August 31, 2016.
The By-Laws were second amended and approved by vote of the General Members of PREP during the 2017-18 Fall Season Player/Parent Kick-off meeting on August 21, 2017.
The By-Laws were third amended and approved by vote of the General Members of PREP during the 2018-19 Fall Season Player/Parent Kick-off meeting on August 28, 2018.
The By-Laws were fourth amended and approved by vote of the General Members of PREP at the Annual Meeting at the end of the 2021 -2022 Fall Season on April 6, 2022.
