The Board of directors are notifying the general members of the proposed bylaw amendment that will be voted on at the season kickoff parent/player meeting on August 31 at 7:00 PM.
The proposed amendment is to add the following section:
Section 5.10.1 - Any member of the Board of Directors who at any time during the regular hockey season, starting September 1 and ending March 31, for any reason ceases to satisfy the General Member qualifications, shall resign from the Board of Directors effective immediately.
